I believe Ortho-K is a very convenient and efficient alternative to glasses and contact lenses. The fact that you have nothing in or on your eyes in the daytime makes it much more comfortable than regular contacts, and there’s no risk of anything falling off for glasses or falling out for regular contacts. Ortho-K has improved my vision significantly throughout the day. In classes, it is easier for me to read the board from far away, and my overall performance in school has become better. Additionally, Ortho-K is a lot more convenient compared to daytime contact lenses.
